How can I apply for services? Thank you for your interest in TLS. It is the policy of TLS to establish and adhere to specific admission criteria in determining eligibility for services with the TLS program spectrum. All
applicants must have a psychiatric diagnosis, in accordance with the
DSM-IV-TR Axis I or II which must meet the guidelines established by
